Milliy Kengash keeps four academic conferences in one public record, so that finding what a conference asks for does not depend on which conference it is.
Each conference states what it publishes, and on what condition, before its first deadline.
Publication type, who has to register, and what appears in print are on the conference page from the day the call opens. They do not change after a deadline has passed.
Identifiers appear once issued
ISSN and ISBN are shown only after assignment. Until then the page says so in one line.
Indexing carries a status
Where an index is listed it comes with a status and a date. There is no plain “indexed by” line anywhere on this platform.
Who runs it
The hosting institution and the programme chairs are named here once their listing is confirmed.
