The ground is constant; colour arrives only with a conference. Inside a conference page that one hue owns the rule, the acronym and every action, so a reader always knows where they stand. Nothing is signalled by colour alone — every state is also written.

Acronyms, counts, headlines. Latin and Cyrillic. Tight tracking, never under 11px.
Golos Text carries every sentence: conference titles, scope, publication terms. It holds Latin, Cyrillic and Uzbek Latin punctuation in one family, so a language switch never changes the texture of the page.

Rules
Long titles are the normal case
German compounds and Russian sentence-titles set the measure. Titles wrap to three lines and are never truncated.
Nothing is centred
Text starts at the leading edge so a right-to-left interface mirrors without redesign. Only the empty state centres.
Missing facts stay quiet
An unassigned identifier is a dash on its row. It never becomes a panel, a badge or an apology.
Photography is structural
Each conference owns one image. Remove it and the accent bar still carries the block — the layout does not collapse.
